My Leads Group Ltd t/a UK Datahouse are a marketing services organisation. We provide data to third parties for their marketing campaigns, and also design and marketing services.

The personal data we would like to collect from you is:

Your name.
Your professional contact information such as the address / telephone / email of the organisation that you own or employees you.
Your Job Title

The personal data we collect will be used for the following purposes:
• Contacting you with regards to your enquiry and any orders you place.
• Future contact to check if you have any other requirements for our services. This includes notice of offers or discounts, newsletters, announcement of new products or services, and any other marketing of My Leads Group and it’s subsidiaries.

Any legitimate interests pursued by us, or third parties we use, are as follows:
My Leads Group Ltd t/a UK Datahouse have a Legitimate Interest to contact businesses that enquire with us about our services, our existing and former clients, and to re-contact previous enquiries in the future to see if they have any new requirements for our services.

We have completed a LIA (Legitimate Interest Assessment) that can be made available upon request to compliance@ukdatahouse.com

There are no special categories of personal data that would be collected or processed.

1.2 Opting Out
You may opt-out of receiving communications at any time by contacting your assigned sales contact and asking to opt out of any further contact, or by contacting compliance@ukdatahouse.com

1.3 Disclosure
My Leads Group Ltd t/a UK Datahouse may pass on your personal data to third parties where required for auditing and where we have a legal obligation to do so.

1.4 Retention period
My Leads Group Ltd t/a UK Datahouse will process personal data for up to 2 years from our last contact with you and will store the personal data for 5 years. We feel this is a reasonable length of time within which you may be interested in our services and for us to contact you.

Your rights as a data subject
At any point while we are in possession of or processing your personal data, you, the data subject, have the following rights:
• Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.
• Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.

• Right of portability – you have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organisation.

• Right to object to automated processing, including profiling – you also have the right to be subject to the legal effects of automated processing or profiling.
• Right to judicial review: in the event that My Leads Group Ltd t/a UK Datahouse refuses your request under rights of access, we will provide you with a reason as to why. You have the right to complain as outlined in clause 3.6 below.
All of the above requests will be forwarded on should there be a third party involved (as stated in 3.4 above) in the processing of your personal data.

In the event that you wish to make a complaint about how your personal data is being processed by My Leads Group Ltd t/a UK Datahouse (or third parties as described in 3.4 above), or how your complaint has been handled, you have the right to lodge a complaint directly with the supervisory authority and My Leads Group Ltd t/a UK Datahouse’s data protection representatives GDPR Owner.
